Maner Sharif

When it comes to visiting famous historical sites near Patna, Maner Sharif is the first name that strikes us. Along with being home for the famous Maner laddoos, the place is also proud of its Chhoti Dargah built by Ibrahim Khan, the then Governer of Bihar for Sufi Saint Makhdum Shah Daulat.
Makhdum Shah Daulat was descendent of great Indian Saint Hazrat Makhdoom Yahya Maneri who also has a shrine- Badi Dargah.
An exquisite example of Mughal architecture, the sandstone mausoleum's walls are adorned with intricate patterns, flowers, geometrical designs and also the verses from Quran.
Located on National Highway 30, it can be reached by Bus from Patna( Distance- 27 Km)
